We want you to love your Juice experience. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work:

Unopened Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Please email us at [hello@the-juice.com] to arrange your return.

Opened Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of Juice products once the packaging has been opened or the seal removed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at [hello@the-juice.com] and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item. For change-of-mind returns, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
